You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number registered under your name.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active surga19 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. surga19 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.3 If surga19 identifies duplicate accounts associated with a single player, surga19 reserves the right to:

KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your surga19 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 All transactions and wagers placed using your surga19 account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you. surga19 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 If you suspect that your surga19 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify surga19's support team immediately via live chat. surga19 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
4.4 surga19 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from surga19 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to surga19 immediately.
5.1 Deposits. surga19 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your surga19 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
5.2 surga19 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may result in account suspension.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. surga19 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions.
5.4 surga19 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
5.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. surga19 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.6 surga19 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines.
5.7 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. surga19 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior notice to the registered email address.
6.1 surga19 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 11.3 surga19 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. surga19 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude surga19's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
